One of the leading energy companies in the U.S., Avangrid has unique brand storytelling and advertising challenges. They both need to build trust amongst customers in communities in which they deliver power and natural gas and raise awareness more broadly of their impressive sustainability goals and renewables projects.
Our work to date has focused primarily on improving brand perception for their networks. By introducing the faces and stories of CMP’s and RG&E’s leadership, customer service, and field workers, we authentically conveyed the very important role these companies play in the everyday lives of their customers – powering not only their homes, but their communities and future generations. The campaign stories have strengthened perceptions not just externally, but internally as well, reinforcing for employees that the work they do – often unseen or underappreciated - is vital and something to be proud of.
Our work at the Avangrid brand level is just beginning. Through stories of empathy and impact, we will introduce Avangrid to the broader public and position the brand for what they truly are: a leader for a brighter tomorrow.
