Hannaford Supermarkets empathizes and creates solutions like pickup, delivery and a huge rewards platform to solve for these very problems. But their grocery brain-ed customers had questions: what qualifies for a reward? If I order deli turkey for delivery can they slice it thin? Etc., etc., etc.

We decided to answer customers questions directly: with a perfectly placed ad. Within the ad. This deliciously meta device continues to answer questions in this campaign through digital video, radio, digital display, email and print.
